HOW DOES A SNACK VOYAGE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
When you subscribe to a Snack Voyage Box, you will receive a box filled with a variety of snacks from around the world every month. Each month is a surprise.
We offer 2 unique subscription fun boxes at various price plans.
For those looking to discover a new country each month, we recommend subscribing to our Country Box.
If you love to snack from different countries at a time, we recommend our Assorted Box.
Can't make up your mind? Subscribe to both. You can always modify your subscription at any time.
WHAT IS A PRICE PLAN?
A Price Plan is our subscription plan. We offer 4 price plans:
Monthly: You will be charged the day you sign-up then thereafter every month on the anniversary of your sign-up date until you cancel.
Bi-weekly: You will be charged the day you sign-up then thereafter every 2 weeks on the anniversary of your sign-up date until you cancel.
4 months: You will be charged a pre-paid amount on the day you sign-up then thereafter every 4 months on the anniversary of your sign-up date until you cancel.
Yearly: You will be charged a pre-paid amount on the day you sign-up then thereafter every year on the anniversary of your sign up date until you cancel.
Our 4 months price plan and Yearly price plans are discounted.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
You can tour the world with Snack Voyage by clicking on the Get Started button (also below), select monthly or yearly subscription. You will automatically receive snack boxes until you cancel. A subscription account will be automatically created for you giving you power to manage your subscriptions as you like.
Upon sign-up, you will receive information on the subscription account that was automatically created for you. At any time, you can log into this account to view, change, skip, pause or cancel your subscription. You can even view the status of your orders, track your orders or view past orders.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping on all subscription box orders within the US. Corporate customized boxes and international snack boxes may incur shipping fees.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide! Shipping outside the United States may incur shipping fees.
HOW LONG DOES MY SNACK VOYAGE BOX TAKE TO GET TO ME?
Upon sign-up, we ship your box within 48 hours excluding weekends. Shipping time will vary based on the "ship to" destination. We utilize priority shipping for faster delivery however, please allow 2-7 business days to receive your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also view the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on "shipments."
WHAT IS IN A SNACK VOYAGE BOX?
12+ unique tasty full-sized snacks with games and activities for the family. Snacks are hand-picked with love from different countries and delivered to your doorstep. Tour the world with our Country Box or Assorted Box.
Our Country Box contains a minimum of 12 snacks selected from 1 country each month and delivered to your doorstep. The country changes each month so in 6 months, you can boast of receiving love from 6 different countries without the travel. Wow!
Our Assorted box contains a minimum of 12 snacks selected from different countries and delivered to your doorstep.
To add to the fun in each box type, the country is a surprise. All we ask from you is that you sit back, relax and let us do the work for you.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY BILLING OR SHIPPING INFORMATION
Log into you account, click on "addresses" and you can update your billing and shipping information.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Snacks are not returnable/exchangeable after purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your Snack Voyage, please contact us and we will try to make it right as feasibly as is possible. Also, there are no refunds on pre-paid plans.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN ALLERGY?
Some products are manufactured in a facility that also handles common allergens such as wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soybeans, eggs, milk, fish, and shellfish. If you have severe food allergies please do not purchase our product.
