We ship worldwide! All orders are processed within 2 business days excluding weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer free shipping for subscription boxes within the US. International orders and customized boxes may incur shipping fees. Shipping time will vary based on the "ship to" destination. For domestic orders, we utilize priority shipping for faster delivery however please allow 2-7 business days to receive your order. For international shipping, we utilize first class package and shipping times may vary depending on the destination. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Rates

We offer a discounted shipping rate with a price match guarantee. This means that we will do a price match if the customer finds a lower shipping rate with any courier service at the time of purchase/signing up for a subscription. To receive the reduced price, please contact us prior to purchase.



Snack Voyage LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refund Policy


Snacks are not returnable after purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your snack box, please contact us and we will try to make it right as feasibly as is possible.

Prepaid plans are not refundable. If a prepaid plan is canceled before the expiration of it's term plan, this means that the prepaid plan shall not be renewed however, you will still receive the number of boxes you have paid for.

For instance, if a customer purchases a 3 month subscription plan but cancels after the first month, the customer will still receive the remaining 2 boxes/shipments as the terms of the original subscription must be honored however, the subscription shall not renew after the initial 3 months.
