We ship worldwide! All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer free shipping for subscription boxes within the US. International orders and customized boxes may incur shipping fees. Shipping time will vary based on the "ship to" destination. For domestic orders, we utilize priority shipping for faster delivery however please allow 2-7 business days to receive your order. For international shipping, we utilize first class package and shipping time may vary. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Snack Voyage LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Snacks are not returnable after purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your Snack Voyage, please contact us and we will try to make it right as feasibly as is possible.
